Telemarketers
Compare UR mobile is looking for Telemarketers to work within our busy sales team. The ideal candidates will have drive, ambition, a positive can do attitude and a willingness and aptitude to learn quickly in a fast growth environment are equally important. You will be highly organised but of a flexible nature with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads under pressure. A good telephone manner and competent computer skills are important as is a confident nature to work with people of all levels.

The successful candidates will work from our offices in Nantwich reporting to the team sales manager.   
Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days between the hours of 9.00 am and 5:30 pm
Holiday Allowance: 4 weeks paid holiday p.a.

Remuneration:
Basic salary £12/15k + bonus scheme, Successful researchers may progress through to business account manager position.

As the front line of business to business sales you will be expected to have a good understanding of selling reduced cost business telecoms accross the United Kingdom

UR Telesales will:

  • describe the product, its benefits and any special offers
  • enter notes into a computer, including dates for follow-up calls

UR Telesales need:

  • excellent communication and listening skills
  • to be persuasive and quick to see an opportunity
  • to be happy working in a competitive, target-driven atmosphere
  • to enjoy working with customers and building relationships.

There are no set entry requirements. An aptitude for sales and a positive, customer-friendly attitude are often more important than academic qualifications.
